Âé¶¹Ó³»´«Ã½ strives to create a proactively accessible community that meets the needs of all individuals. At times, there may be a need to request accommodations if there are remaining barriers to participation.<\/p>\n
Disabilities may fall into one of the following diagnostic categories but may also be present in additional ways:<\/p>\n
Student Accessibility Services<\/a> (SAS) provides academic accommodations to students with disabilities. Students with disabilities who want to learn more about academic accommodations should go to the SAS website.<\/p>\n Office of Nondiscrimination and Accommodations Compliance<\/a> (ONAC) facilitates requests for workplace accommodations for employees with disabilities and monitors the University\u2019s compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.<\/p>\n Members of the public with disabilities who will visit Âé¶¹Ó³»´«Ã½ and need accommodation should contact the Office of Nondiscrimination and Accommodations Compliance<\/a> for more information.<\/p>\n Âé¶¹Ó³»´«Ã½ hosts multiple large events where individuals with disabilities may need more information related to accommodation and accessibility.<\/p>\n The accessibility of each athletic facility and event varies.
