Content Creators<\/h1>\n

Content creators are known for ideating, producing, and sharing multimedia with the goal of entertaining or engaging with a targeted or preferred audience. In Higher Ed, a content creator can be considered any individual who creates informative or educational material across various mediums in support of teaching, learning, research, or marketing. These mediums include text, images and graphics, video, audio, presentation slides, websites and more.<\/p>\n

If you have performed any number of tasks such as publishing and promoting content, producing and analyzing content for either personal, work-related, or school-related activities or projects, then you are considered a content creator!<\/p>\n

How Does Accessibility Apply to Me?<\/h2>\n

Regardless of your role, accessibility should be at the forefront of your content creation process to ensure all audiences can experience, view, or listen to your content. Otherwise, you may be missing engagement and outreach opportunities to further share your content and its impact.<\/p>\n

Below is a list of possible roles or titles that you may have. While accessibility is important for each role, you will want to learn more about how it pertains to you and your daily work. This can range from writing articles, to recording educational podcasts, to submitting video assignments for your course. Select the role that you believe relates best to you and your experience.<\/p>\n\t\t
