The Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½ seeks to fill positions for its two project assistants at Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½ Downtown.<\/p>\n

Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½ Downtown Project Assistant, Administrative Support:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0This position\u00a0will support the team\u00a0on\u00a0administrative tasks\u00a0including but not limited to:\u00a0answering phones,\u00a0responding to student inquiries and issues,\u00a0data entry,\u00a0travel and reimbursement processing,\u00a0assisting with special projects,\u00a0facilitating and conducting tours,\u00a0making trips to main campus\u00a0and back downtown,\u00a0assisting with office organization and other duties as\u00a0assigned\u00a0to support the operations of the Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½ Downtown.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½ Downtown Project Assistant, Events\u00a0& Operations<\/span><\/b>: This position will support the team on a range of tasks including: supporting the set up and planning of indoor and outdoor special events, event logistics, working with caterers and facilities teams, liaison with event vendors, moving furniture around campus, working on special projects and other duties as assigned to support the operations of the Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½ Downtown. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Schedules will need to be flexible. 15 to 25 hours per week depending on availability and needs of the\u00a0Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½ Downtown team.\u00a0This is a paid position.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
