Biography
Ranajay Ghosh is a researcher in mechanical and aerospace engineering who works on architected and meta materials, the mechanics of solid materials, Smart materials and 3D printing. Ghosh is director of the Â鶹ӳ»´«Ã½ Complex Structures and Mechanics of Solids (COSMOS) Lab which looks at the area of solid mechanics with a focus on discovering relationships between geometry, architecture and materials’ unique properties to understand how biology can suggest powerful new types of materials.
