2026 Florida Legislative Session\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Florida\u2019s 2026 Regular 60-day session ended without an agreement on a new state budget for FY 2026-27 with begins July 1st.<\/span><\/p>\n

The legislature adjourned on Friday, March 13 \u201csine die\u201d which means lawmakers will need to reconvene in a special session to write and approve a budget and address any additional issues that are included in a special session proclamation. There is currently a special session called for April 20-24 to consider legislation relating to the drawing of congressional districts.<\/span><\/p>\n
