The ΒιΆΉΣ³»΄«Γ½ College of Medicine is one of the nationβs most beautiful medical schools, according to BestMedicalDegrees.com, an online source for information about medical degree programs and health careers.
ΒιΆΉΣ³»΄«Γ½ was ranked 13 of the 40 most attractive medical school campuses in the United States. In making the top of the list, the College of Medicine joined established medical schools including Harvard, Boston University, Duke, Vanderbilt, Stanford and Yale.
βStudents at the ΒιΆΉΣ³»΄«Γ½ College of Medicine experience a unique environment, living in a βmedical cityβ that includes a number of hospitals and health institutes set within a 650 acre park-like environment,β the editors wrote. They praised the medical schoolβs modern architecture, landscaping, palm trees and lakes, calling the college a beautiful location βto practice the healing arts.β
The editors took into account the architecture, campus landscape and local environment in making their choices. βObviously, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and thereβs nothing scientific or objective about this list, but we hope you enjoy looking at it as much as we enjoyed putting it together,β they said.
