On March 12, over 300 faculty, staff and students attended NorthView’s Premiere wvent on Memory Mall. Guests were entertained by a DJ and light show, delicious food, a magician, photographer and a video tour of NorthView. The NorthView Mobile Preview Center bus was also on site open for walkthrough tours of the new community. Each attendee left the event with a NorthView swag bag while two lucky students won the grand prize drawing of a mini iPad and large flat screen television.Β 

Opening in fall 2013, NorthView will be the ΒιΆΉΣ³»­΄«Γ½ area’s newest student apartment community. Located just across McCulloch Road from the ΒιΆΉΣ³»­΄«Γ½ campus and Bright house Networks Stadium, the community offers the convenience of campus living with the amenities of off-campus apartment life for 600 residents. In addition, ΒιΆΉΣ³»­΄«Γ½ managed housing means access to the resources and the support each student needs on their need on path to graduation.

Complete with a resort style pool, exclusive sky deck, a flat screen TV in every apartment, a private fitness center, sand volleyball court, garage parking and community centers, NorthView is the best in college housing.

ΒιΆΉΣ³»­΄«Γ½ Housing Accepting NorthView Applications for Fall 2013 /news/ucf-housing-accepting-northview-applications-for-fall-2013/ Wed, 19 Dec 2012 21:00:37 +0000 /news/?p=44424 ΒιΆΉΣ³»­΄«Γ½ Housing and Residence Life announced this week that ΒιΆΉΣ³»­΄«Γ½ students may now use the myΒιΆΉΣ³»­΄«Γ½ portal to apply for a space at the new NorthView student apartments.

Beginning next fall, there will be space for 600 students in the luxury apartments located across the street from the Bright House Networks Stadium. NorthView offers several floor plans, including 2-bedroom, 2-bath; 4-bedroom, 4-bath; and 4-bed, 4-bath lofts, which will have living rooms on both levels.

The apartments will be managed by ΒιΆΉΣ³»­΄«Γ½ Housing and Residence Life. NorthView is being developed by Alan Ginsburg with Finfrock and Orlando-based Cuhaci & Peterson Architects LLC designing the project.

β€œΒιΆΉΣ³»­΄«Γ½ Housing has been chosen as the manager because we provide a seamless connection to university resources, such as academic advising and campus events, as well as systems like myΒιΆΉΣ³»­΄«Γ½, which allows students to easily apply and pay for housing with scholarships, grants, and loans,” said Jimmy Moore, assistant director for ΒιΆΉΣ³»­΄«Γ½ Housing and Residence Life.

NorthView features include dedicated garage parking, a rooftop sky deck, fitness center, game room, resort style pool, and flat-screen televisions in each apartment.

The apartments will be fully-furnished with modern appliances and furniture with upscale finishes. Electricity, high-speed wireless internet, cable TV, water and parking will be included in the rental rate with no caps on energy usage.

NorthView will be built among two faith centers for community gatherings and student resources. One is currently dedicated to Hillel, the Jewish student organization. The affiliation of other has not yet been decided.

Students who apply by the Feb. 1 priority deadline will be invited to attend an exclusive room sign-up event where they will be able to select the unit in which they will live.

β€œWith only 600 spaces available, we expect to fill up rather quickly,” said Moore. β€œStudents who are interested should certainly apply as soon as possible.”
