An emeritus board member, a new chair and three new committee members round out the Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½ Foundation Board of Directors

Gifts made to the university on the annual global day of giving — this year on Dec. 3 — can lead to a better future for our community and beyond.

The Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½ Foundation’s Board of Directors also elected five members — all business and community leaders — to new roles as officers.

The Elizabeth Morse Genius Foundation funds interdisciplinary healthcare innovation at Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½.

Three of the new appointees are alumni.

Inspired by the graduates’ personal experiences at their alma mater, the 2 scholarships are geared toward students committed to service.

The duo’s gift will support Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½ Athletics’ sports medicine department and other components of the Wayne Densch Center, home of the football team.
