The annual rankings reflect ΒιΆΉΣ³»΄«Γ½βs commitment to quality growth and providing students with access to a high-quality education.Β ΒιΆΉΣ³»΄«Γ½βs fall 2009 freshman class averaged a 1225 on the SAT and included 55 National Merit Scholars, a total that ranks among the top 50 universities in the nation. The university expects similar numbers this fall.
The U.S. News & World Report rankings released this week cover undergraduate programs throughout the country. Earlier this year, the magazineβs Best Graduate Schools guide ranked five ΒιΆΉΣ³»΄«Γ½ programs among the nationβs best in their fields.
Engineering, Education, Speech-Language Pathology, Public Administration and Computer Science all made the top 100. ΒιΆΉΣ³»΄«Γ½βs engineering programs led the way and ranked #2 in Florida.
