Ten Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½-affiliated physicians are honored this month in\u00a0Orlando Magazine\u2019s<\/em>\u00a0top physicians edition.<\/p>\n

The publication contains two lists \u2014 Top Doctors, compiled by Consumers\u2019 CHECKBOOK, a nonprofit organization based in Washington, D.C., and Premier Doctors, a peer-review study conducted exclusively for the magazine by an independent research company.<\/p>\n

Seven awardees are faculty physicians at\u00a0Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½ Health<\/a>, the College of Medicine\u2019s clinical practice, with locations in East Orlando and Lake Nona. Here are the Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½ Health honorees:<\/p>\n

Joyce Paulson<\/a>, internal medicine<\/p>\n

Mariana Dangiolo<\/a>, family medicine and geriatrics<\/p>\n

Premier Doctors List Recognition<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abdo Asmar<\/a>, nephrology<\/p>\n

Vladimir Neychev<\/a>, general and endocrine surgery<\/p>\n

Naveed Sami<\/a>, dermatology<\/p>\n

Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½\u2019s Diane Davey also received Top Doctors recognition. A pathologist who cares for patients at the Orlando VA Medical Center, Davey is a frequent\u00a0Orlando Magazine<\/em>\u00a0honoree and also serves as the College of Medicine\u2019s associate dean for graduate medical education.<\/p>\n

Veronica Sikka was named to the Premier Doctor list. She is a College of Medicine faculty member who cares for patients at the Orlando VA\u2019s Emergency Department.<\/p>\n

Douglas Meuser, a sports medicine specialist at Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½ Student Health Services, also received Top Doctors recognition.<\/p>\n
