These entrepreneurs are some of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucf.edu\/alumni-giving\/\">Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½ alumni<\/a> who provide goods and services that make Orlando an even greater place to shop, eat and relax.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h2 class=\"h3\"><strong> Pop Parlour<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Serving up sweets is practically in <a href=\"https:\/\/business.ucf.edu\/degree\/accounting\/\">accounting<\/a> graduate <strong>Brandon Chandler \u201910<\/strong>\u2019s DNA. In 2013, Chandleropened Pop Parlour, a shop offering fruity, creamy and boozy frozen treats as a tribute to his grandfather PopPop, who sold similar items after World War II. Pop Parlour has grown to two locations and serves coffee, tea, craft beer and wine, depending on which spot you visit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Locations:\u00a0<\/strong>4214 E. Plaza Drive on the Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½ campus; 431 E. Central Blvd., Suite C; ThePopParlour.com<br \/>\n<i>(Pop Parlour&#8217;s Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½ location will be closed on Small Business\u00a0Saturday due to campus closures, but you can still visit the downtown location or stop by another day.)<\/i><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h2 class=\"h3\"><strong> Six28 Boutique<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Six months after graduating with a degree in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucf.edu\/degree\/elementary-education-bs\/\">elementary education<\/a>, <strong>Rachel Ledbetter \u201916\u00a0<\/strong>took a risk to pursue entrepreneurship by opening clothing boutique Six28. Located near Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½, Six28 sells trendy, affordable women\u2019s clothing and accessories, which can also be purchased on the store\u2019s online site.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>12082 Collegiate Way; 407-630-3890; Six28Boutique.com<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h2 class=\"h3\"><strong> Bikes, Beans &amp; Bordeaux<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Cycling enthusiasts <strong>Darrell Cunningham \u201993\u00a0<\/strong>and <strong>Jen Cunningham \u201995 \u201996MSW\u00a0<\/strong>opened Bikes, Beans and Bordeaux to provide a space for people to bond over good food, drinks and company. With a commitment to health in mind, the shop sells breakfast items, sandwiches, soups, salads, desserts, beer, wine and more daily and at special events each month. While at Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½, Darrell studied <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucf.edu\/degree\/civil-engineering-bsce\/\">civil engineering<\/a> and Jen majored in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucf.edu\/degree\/social-work-bsw\/\">social work<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>3022 Corrine Drive; 407-427-1440; BikesBeansandBordeaux.com<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h2 class=\"h3\"><strong> Deli Fresh Threads<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucf.edu\/degree\/marketing-bsba\/\">Marketing<\/a> major <strong>Anthony \u201cBiggie\u201d Bencomo \u201998\u00a0<\/strong>merged his love of sandwiches with another creative passion by opening Deli Fresh Threads, a clothing store? with designs inspired by what he considers the #KingOfMeals. You can buy foodie fashion in the form of T-shirts, hats, pins and stickers on the online shop. Bencomo also hosts a monthly #SandwichEatUp at local shops around Central Florida to help support other small businesses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: <\/strong>321-303-5129; DeliFreshThreads.com<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>\n<h2 class=\"h3\"><strong> Tactical Brewing Company<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Owned and operated by veteran and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucf.edu\/degree\/psychology-bs\/\">psychology<\/a> graduate <strong>Doug Meyer \u201914 \u201916MBA<\/strong>, Tactical Brewing Company serves craft brews created on-site to veterans, first responders and all beer lovers alike.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>4882 New Broad St.; 407-203-2033; TacticalBeer.com<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>\n<h2 class=\"h3\"><strong> Retrolando<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Retro Orlando captures the City Beautiful\u2019s history while giving back to others. The online T-shirt company offers men and women\u2019s clothing inspired by former iconic Orlando businesses, organizations and landmarks. Each purchase is something you can feel good about because owner and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucf.edu\/degree\/psychology-bs\/\">English<\/a> major <strong>Shannon Flesch Couillard \u201904<\/strong>, donates a new shirt to a local homeless shelter for each shirt sold.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Retrolando.com<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>\n<h2 class=\"h3\"><strong> Yaupon Brothers Tea Co.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Brothers \u2014 Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½ senior hospitality major Kyle White and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucf.edu\/degree\/legal-studies-bs\/\">legal studies<\/a> graduate <strong>Bryon \u201909<\/strong>\u2014 have revived an ancient Native American superfood with their yaupon holly tea company. The brothers sustainably harvest their organic crop and distribute their product at restaurants and shops. Through partnerships with companies such as the Orlando Magic, Funky Buddha and more, the online site offers quality work clothing.
