Prior to topping off the construction of Dr. Phillips Academic Commons at Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½ Downtown<\/a>, the final steel beam was signed by students and supporters from Â鶹ӳ»­´«Ã½, Valencia College, the city of Orlando and nearby Parramore neighborhood.
